You are not 100% satisfied with an item you received? Whatever the reason is, you won't be stuck with an item you cannot use or you do not want.

At Cmple.com we are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the online business. You may return your purchase for ANY REASON within 60 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will still be deducted from your return refund.

If a product arrives damaged, or we made a shipping error, we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy.

Return Method:

Please include a copy of your original invoice, order number, and email with your return order. Please include a brief note on the invoice if you have any additional information that you would like to provide.

It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product.

All products MUST be returned 100% complete, and contain ALL original boxes, packing materials, plastic caps, contain all manuals, and other accessories/documentation provided by the manufacturer or Cmple.com, Inc.

  1. Please email support@cmple.com and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name.
  2. Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
  3. No Restocking Fee if item is returned within the 60 day period.
  4. A 15% restocking fee applies after the 60 day.
  5. Items accepted for return after 60 days will be charged 15% restocking fee.
  6. Shipping Charges can not be refunded
  7. Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging, otherwise additional charges may be applied.
  8. Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided. This may be our main office or  a distribution center.
  9. We recommend shipping method with Tracking service for any returns. Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.

Please Note: Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase.

For international shipments, we cannot refund the brokerage (customs) fees.
