  • How long does it take for the product to arrive?

    All Ground orders within the U.S. usually take 5 – 8 business days. However, from our shipping experience we found that some orders may take up to 14 days to be delivered. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days, do not hesitate to contact us and we will gladly assist you in a timely manner.

  • How long does it take to ship an order?

    All orders placed before 3pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped the same day. If you had placed your order on Friday after 3 pm, it will be processed on Sunday and shipped on Monday.

  • How much does the shipping cost?

    Shipping charges can be calculated directly on our website by adding your desired items to the shopping cart, entering your address and clicking “confirm”. The exact shipping charges and tax amount will appear on the right hand side. Please note that your order will not be placed until you enter your credit card information and confirm your order.

  • Can I ship to an address outside the United States?

    Cmple.com is pleased to provide an enhanced shopping experience for our international customers. Shipping charges can be calculated directly on our website by adding your items to the shopping cart, choosing the country of your destination.     Absolutely. Our local customers are welcomed to come to the store and purchase any products that are in stock according to the website www.cmple.com. We accept all types of payments including PayPal. Please make sure not to place your order online if you are planning to pick it up, because we will not be able to hold it, it will get shipped out.   • How do I cancel my order?

    Please contact our customer support representative by phone or email as soon as you decide to cancel your order. Please note that your www.Cmple.com order may begin processing immediately after submitted; it may not be possible to cancel an existing order even within one hour window.   • I received a wrong item.

    If we shipped you a wrong item you have an option of exchanging it for the correct item, or returning it for a full refund. Please contact Customer Service before sending items back.

  • Why was my order cancelled?

    If we returned your money and canceled your order, it is most likely because we were unable to verify your payment. In case your Credit Card account name and address does not match your order's shipping address, our customer service representative will try to contact you to confirm mismatched information. If we are unable to obtain required information, we will refund your money and cancel your order.

    If your product appears to be defective, you can send it back to us for a full refund within 60 days after receipt. If you made a mistake and purchased a wrong item, you can return it for a refund (excluding shipping charges) within 60 days after receipt.
