Shipping Guide

Cmple.com is currently using UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States postal Service) as our main shipping options. Please choose a preferred shipping method during checkout. Shipping costs are determined by your order total. Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. Follow our Shipping Guide to select the most convenient shipping method for your order’s delivery.

We guarantee that each order placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Once your order had been shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking number when provided. After you receive a notification email, no changes can be made to the order.

If you are planning to place a heavyweight/oversize order, please contact us at support@cmple.com providing a copy of your shopping cart or a list of SKU numbers and the quantity of the desired items. Cmple.com will do a discount shipping quote for you. UPS won’t be able to determine correct shipping rates for a heavyweight/oversize orders.

To avoid any losses or damages in the mail, insurance is strongly recommended!
