Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, at Cmple.com we are proud to offer one of the most convenient return policies in the online business. You may return your purchase for ANY REASON within 60 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase’s price excluding shipping charges.

All products MUST be returned 100% complete, and contain ALL original boxes, packing materials, plastic caps, manuals, and all other accessories/documentation provided by the manufacturer or Cmple.com, Inc.


Return/Refund Process:

  1. Please contact our Customer Service and provide us with the following information: original order number, the list of product(s) you are returning, the reason for your return, your name, and contact information.
  2. Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging, otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
  3. Please include a copy of your original invoice and your contact information (email or phone number) with your return order. Also, include a brief note on the invoice if you have any additional information that you would like to provide.
  4. Return the product using your preferred shipping method to our Return Center address (see below).
  5. It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product.
  6. No Restocking Fee will be applied if an item is returned within the 60 day period.
  7. A 15% restocking fee will be applied after the 60 day period.
  8. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to Opened, Unused items with 60 days period
  9. Shipping Charges cannot be refunded.

If we shipped you the wrong or defective item: You have the option of exchanging it for the correct item or returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or refund with Customer Service before sending items back.

If an item Opened, Unused Item: If the item is opened, and has not been used or installed, you are eligible for a refund. Please ship it back to us using the instructions below within 60 days, and we will issue a full refund, less any original shipping costs and a 15% re-stocking fee.

If an item Opened & Used Item: If the item has been installed and/or used, we are unable to accept a return because the item is no longer saleable.

We recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking service for any returns. Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and insure the package you are returning in case any issues during transit occur.


Cancellation Policy

Many orders can be canceled at no charge up until shipment. When your order ships, you will receive an email Notification for your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and will be treated as returns.
